Consent to personal data processing for the game

Purpose and data

I consent to processing my personal data to create and maintain my Mindroom game profile, save settings, run games and record results: Telegram user ID, name and username, selected language, game settings and interests, answers, participation history and game results, points and progress. The consent record contains my Telegram user ID, language, document version, time and source of confirmation (bot or Mini App).

Processing and location

Consent covers automated collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction of the listed data. Data is hosted on the operator’s server at Beget in Russia: Россия, дата-центр DataLine: г. Санкт-Петербург, территория ЦОД, ул. Жукова, д. 43, стр. 2. Use of Telegram and infrastructure request processing are described in the privacy policy.

This consent does not authorize optional analytics, advertising, dissemination of personal data or a separate cross-border transfer. Visibility of selected game actions, payments and support requests are covered separately in the terms and privacy policy.

How consent is given

In the bot and Mini App, two choices appear below the data notice and link to this document. By pressing “Agree and continue”, I confirm this game consent and the consent to optional analytics, version 2026-09-10. By pressing “Continue without analytics”, I consent only to data processing for the game; optional analytics stays off. Pressing “Back”, selecting a language, opening the app or remaining silent does not give consent. If I go back without confirming, the game does not start; public documents remain available.

Confirmation is linked to my Telegram user ID and applies to that account in the bot, Mini App and group games. In a group, pressing “Agree and participate” below the data notice and link to this document confirms only consent to data processing for the game. This button does not change the separate choice about optional analytics. In a group, each player confirms their own choice: adding the bot or obtaining the organizer’s consent does not replace the other players’ consent.

Previously granted consent

Active game consent under version 2026-09-13.1 remains valid for the same purposes and does not need to be confirmed again solely because the choice screen has changed. It does not include optional analytics. The previous analytics choice is preserved; analytics is off if consent has not been given, has been withdrawn or has expired.

Duration and withdrawal

Consent lasts until withdrawal, deletion of the game profile or a change to processing purposes and conditions that requires new consent. Changing the description of buttons alone does not cancel active consent. Withdraw by deleting your profile in Mini App settings or using /delete_me in the bot and confirming. To withdraw without deletion or make another request, contact mindroomquiz.public@gmail.com. After withdrawal, starting a new game session requires new consent. Declining or withdrawing analytics, or expiry of its consent, does not cancel game consent. Processing required for payments, handling requests or legal obligations may continue on an independent basis. Confirmation records are retained to demonstrate lawful processing; deletion and backup procedures are described in the privacy policy.
