Purpose and data
I consent to the collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, retrieval, use, anonymization, blocking and deletion of data to analyze use of the Mindroom interface and improve its functions. On the website: random browser and session identifiers, page paths, visits, clicks, device category, referral domain and campaign tags. In the Mini App and game bot: Telegram user ID, session identifiers, screen views, game-action events and technical parameters. Answer texts, support messages, card details and special categories of personal data are not included in this additional analytics.
Processing and recipients
Processing is automated using the operator’s server hosted by Beget in Russia. Main location: Россия, дата-центр DataLine: г. Санкт-Петербург, территория ЦОД, ул. Жукова, д. 43, стр. 2. This consent does not authorize publication of my personal data, advertising messages or a separate transfer abroad. Telegram and other infrastructure services process the requests necessary to use the service as described in the privacy policy.
How to grant or withdraw
I grant consent by pressing “I consent to analytics” on the website or in Mini App settings. At the first data request in the bot or Mini App, I can press “Agree and continue”: this confirms the present consent and the separate game consent. “Continue without analytics” confirms only data processing for the game and leaves optional analytics off. Pressing “Back”, opening a page, silence, starting a game and accepting purchase terms do not grant this consent. The operator records my identifier, choice, document version, language and time.
The choice in the bot and Mini App is linked to my Telegram user ID and applies to that account in both interfaces and group games. The website choice is linked to a random browser identifier and is stored separately: consent in Telegram does not enable website analytics, and website consent does not enable analytics for my Telegram account. Previous consent for the game alone does not authorize optional analytics. Clarifying the interface description does not enable analytics, extend existing consent or override an earlier refusal.
Consent lasts until withdrawal, a change to the consent version or 365 days after the choice. On the website use “Analytics settings”; in Mini App use Profile → Settings → Data and consent. Requests can also be sent to mindroomquiz.public@gmail.com. Withdrawal stops new optional events and removes related events from the working database. Copies and exported reports require the separate deletion procedure described in the policy. Refusal, withdrawal or expiry of this consent does not prevent access to the game. Essential game, payment and support processing continues where it has an independent legal basis.
